SHIPPING POLICY:
We at THEARCHBIRD know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 2-5 business days within India and 5-7 days for the rest of the world

Free shipping for all orders across India.

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

We at THEARCHBIRD.COM work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply exchange the product within 5 days of delivery.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE – INDIA

Upon receivingyour order,if it doesn’t fit or you just like to return it , you have 5 calendar days from delivery date to return the items. We will not accept any return made once this period has expired.

We will arrange for the product pickup from your location unless specified otherwise. All returns, exchange and warranty claims will be processed after examining the claim and approval from us.

If you receive a broken/damaged product, or if the wrong order was shipped to you, we offer a free replacement of the same model and colour, provided it is in stock. If the product is out of stock, we will offer store credit. We will cover the cost of returns for broken, damaged products or if the wrong product was shipped to you.
